Two supporting precast tees installed, along with steel support braces. The delaminated concrete of the parking deck were repaired. Existing expansion joints were removed and replaced, and additional expansion joints were installed. Upon completion of the concrete repairs, a new traffic-bearing waterproof membrane system was installed.

CRS repaired delaminated concrete surfaces of the parking deck, supporting precast, and concrete beams, and removed and replaced the existing expansion joints Upon completion of the concrete repairs, a new traffic-bearing waterproof membrane was installed over the previous waterproofing system. Elevated steel pan walkways were mechanically cleaned and painted with a corrosion-resistant epoxy system, while the concrete topsides were coated with a pedestrian waterproofing membrane.

CRS excavated the problem area cleaned the foundation, and installed a waterproof membrane over a newly constructed retaining wall. Additionally, CRS installed a drain pipe along the bottom of the foundation to connect to a new drain sump. The area was backfilled to match the original grade, and the asphalt parking lot and concrete stairs were replaced. CRS completed this project with minimal impact on the surrounding tenant and parking areas.
